Teaching About the Reformation Workshop

To commemorate the 500th Anniversary of Martin Luther nailing his 95 Theses to the church door in Wittenberg, Germany, the Minnesota Council for History Education is putting on a 1/2 day workshop to help teachers learn more about this topic and discover new ways of teaching about it.

Dr. Chris Corley, history professor at Minnesota State University will give a lecture related to his research on this topic followed by two high school teachers who will present their lesson plan ideas. Teachers will walk away with both additional content knowledge and teaching strategies.

Teachers will be able to obtain CEUs at the end of the workshop.
